We checked in Jacob to a room that was marked C/V and shouldn’t have been. He came back to the desk, waited in line, and even apologized for bothering me. I felt terrible, but he was great about it.


Sometimes, nothing is good enough. After his debit card didn’t have enough money for a security hold, I let him into the room anyway. Claimed the towels were dirty, the bed was wet, and said that our property wasn’t up to his standards. I went to the room - it was fine. Ended up comping the room, and when it was time to check out, his card didn’t work for his room charges. Refuses to return calls to settle the debt. BEWARE!
