Who We Are

My Guest Status is an independent organization that allows properties to rate their guest.

Founded by frequent travelers who are sick of waiting in line behind Karens and hotel managers, our goal is to open the line of communication between properties, regardless of brand. Our goal is to allow guests who are a true pleasure to shine.

General Policies

 

1) Everybody has a bad day. We will hide each guests worst review and prevent them from being seen or included in the star calculation.

2) If a guests ratings drop below 3 stars, we will not return a review.

3) If a guests rating is consistently a 5 star rating after multiple stays, we will allow a single 3 star or 4 star review to be excluded every 10 stays. So if 9 stays have a perfect 5 star review, and the 10th stay is a 3 or 4 star, it will not lower the guests star rating. This benefit is provided in addition to the worst review exception (#1)
